Running has gotten a lot more normal, but I only run a couple miles at a time so I'm not sure how I'd hold up doing long distance runs. Every now and then, I'll pick up the pace and do some strides, but I don't feel as confident about those as I do just jogging. I've been working on trying to distribute my weight normally when I squat all the way down, since that is still painful. Otherwise, my flexion is good - I can touch my foot to my butt regularly now without any sort of warm-up needed. Things are a lot more normal now, but I can tell that I'm still not quite there yet.
