Well, the progress has definitely plateaued, so I'll probably be updating this less frequently (unless something super monumental happens). In the past two weeks, I've been able to push my knee to 145 degrees, which is exactly where my non-surgery knee is at as far as flexion goes. Everyone told me that usually you don't get full flexion back, but hopefully that won't be true in my case. It takes a minute to get it to 145, but it's definitely attainable without much pain at all.
I've been doing step ups with 15 lbs in each hand, single leg squats (but sitting down briefly since I completely do one), leg press at 140 lbs (double) and 80 lbs (single). I've also started adding hamstring curls, which were really difficult for me the first time around since I hadn't used my hamstring since before surgery. I'm only at 5 lbs now, but that'll be going up in the upcoming weeks. I've stopped doing straight leg raises and quad sets and have gone to more of a dynamic strength training plan. Still trying to work on my cardio in preparation for running!
I got cleared to start running! I am doing hamstring curls at 10 lbs now, single leg press at 100, double at 160, and lots of other things! Still doing cardio in preparation for running, but it's so close now!
